Mason Jones
was raised in Rochester, New York however he currently resides in Greensboro, North Carolina as an intern with the corporate office for Sealy, Inc. in their Information Technology department. Mr. Jones obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is a candidate for the Masters program for Applied Engineering Technology at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Creatively, he was heavily involved in the on campus community and served as President of VERGE Modeling Troupe where he did various fashions shows on campus and in the Greater Greensboro area. Mr. Jones enjoys teaching young models how to express themselves through mode ling and how to become one unit with the runway/stage.

Ashley Tyrus
is a 24-year old native of Germantown, Maryland. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina A&T State University in 2009, she returned home and began to pursue a Master’s degree in Marketing and focus on her career goals. In October of 2011, Ashley launched the opening of her company Gen-XY Vintage, which drapes women in vintage, vintage-inspired and original pieces of clothing and accessories. It is Ashley’s desire that through Gen-XY, people will embrace vintage fashion and empower timeless trends. Tommy Taylor Jr.
is a vibrant and creative young award winning filmmaker, producer, actor, & comedian. Whether in front of the camera or behind it, Taylor’s artistry is emerging in an outstanding fashion across several platforms, all while emphasizing the people and places in Washington DC. Growing up in the South East section of DC, Tommy held a passion for entertaining and technology from an early age. As a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with degrees in Engineering and Drama, he went on to receive his MBA from Howard University, during which he simultaneously began his career as an actor, comedian, and filmmaker.
His self-produced television series “The Tommy Taylor Show” has been aired nationally, received several awards, and the attention of major television networks. His dedication, creativity, and vision to produce such content has also outfitted a diversity of local artist the opportunity to showcase and develop their own talents in a manner that they would have not had otherwise. Tommy has recently produced five commercials for Comcast & DCTV’s “Anytime. Anywhere.” campaign, and is currently producing and directing a national PSA promoting the CAP Act, which will support funding of public television channels around the country.
In 2006, Tommy began gaining roles in movies such as “Die Hard 4”; appeared in national commercials; became the face of the “Washington Post” ad-campaign; garnered roles in television series such as HBO’s: “How to Make It In America” & “The Wire”; and even appeared on “Late Night with Conan O’Brien”.

Jon Southall
is a power ball, completely focused, hard working, and is known for his humbleness in the entertainment industry. From Washington, DC, Jon graduated from Potomac High School in 2004 and was recruited by the Greensboro College to play basketball and while he was there he majored in Sociology. During his first year Jon can across some financial issues, which caused him to end his college career early. However, that situation made him stronger and leads him to his true passion, producing music and event planning. Jon is currently a successful promoter in North Carolina and Washington, DC. He currently promotes 4 night clubs a week in Greensboro NC and have planned major events featuring a number of celebrities such as Jay-Z, J. Cole, Idris Elba, Pooch Hall, 2 Chainz, Juicy J, etc. He is also currently producing music for a number of artists and has produced the DYamond Enterprise theme song (now playing on the company’s website). He has put our three mix tapes with his group
SmooveJonra and more to come. As Jon jungle all these projects he finds time to work on his urban clothing line,
Mocha Soul www.mocha-soul.com and landed a movie role in
Griffin, which he will begin filming this fall. His focus now is to continue to build his brand and take everything to the next level.

Rita D. Lewis
Connecting people, creating buzz and maximizing resources - Rita D. Lewis is a marketing expert with over 15 years of experience and a reputation for her quality professional relationships. A Communications alumna of the University of Maryland, who also completed coursework with Harvard Business School, Rita has a stellar reputation for marketing savvy, relationship building and branding power. A native of Washington, DC, Rita launched her career in the Mid-Atlantic area working for Monumental Sports - growing her high profile network and honing her sales skills with the city's NBA, WNBA and NHL teams. With media powerhouse Viacom building their presence in the DC region, through the acquisition of BET Networks, Rita saw an opportunity for growth and joined the events and marketing team at BET. Specializing in event production, sponsorship activation and brand development - Rita was a critical force with BET & Viacom; organizing the station's major awards shows and other events; and managing their national marketing rep program. She worked with the web and technology departments to translate her live branding approach to strategic on-line messaging.

Exponentially bolstering Weitzman's on-line and physical presence (placement in more than 75 international and national media outlets; and campaigning for his Frederick Douglass statue in the U.S. Capitol); Weitzman Studios became the first client of RAD Media Group, LLC. Rita has maintained professional memberships with Women in Cable Telecommunications, UMCP Alumni Association National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications and the Women's Leadership Network. Connor D.R.
was born and raised in Washington, DC. He is a model, fashion designer, and tattoo artist. He has produced two clothing lines Jadarlai (jay-Dar-lay) and UrBana Couture. With his love for fashion and his passion of making urban wear a monumental movement, Connor has decided to join the Creative Construction Movement. His motto is "Anybody can be #2...but when ur #1 you better look fly"
